The Nektar project consisted of an 100,000 sq ft bio-pharmaceutical lab project with 55,000 sq ft of labs and 45,000 sq ft of office space. We completed design/build, electrical and safety as well as voice/data features. We renovated the development with a new 750 KW generator, complete BIM drawings, a 1000 sq. ft data center with Hot-Isle/Cold- Isle server rack and 250 KVA UPS system.
